These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by TnT Labs LLC ("TnT Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at tntmentors.com, our Discord community, course materials, coaching calls, and all related content and services (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing a subscription or accessing any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Services Provided
TnT Labs offers educational content, community access, and mentorship related to TikTok Shop content creation, UGC content, Instagram Shop, and YouTube automation. Our Services may include, but are not limited to: written guides and documents, recorded video tutorials, community chat access via Discord, group coaching calls, live account reviews, curated product and brand recommendations, and one-on-one consulting (tier-dependent). The specific features available to you depend on your subscription tier.
2. Subscription Tiers and Payment
We offer multiple subscription tiers, each with different levels of access. Pricing and tier details are listed on our website and/or our Whop storefront. All payments are processed through Whop. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and community access, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to the Services has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us and we will work to resolve it.
4. Acceptable Use
By using our Services, you agree that you will not: (a) share, redistribute, resell, or reproduce any course materials, guides, documents, videos, or proprietary content provided through TnT Labs; (b) share your Discord access or login credentials with anyone else; (c) engage in harassment, spam, hate speech, or disruptive behavior in our community channels; (d) use our content or advice for any illegal activity; (e) misrepresent your affiliation with TnT Labs or claim to be a coach, representative, or employee of TnT Labs. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided through TnT Labs — including but not limited to guides, videos, documents, templates, branding, and logos — is the intellectual property of TnT Labs LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your personal education only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or publicly display any of our materials without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Results
TnT Labs does not guarantee any specific results, income, or outcomes from the use of our Services. Success on TikTok Shop, YouTube, Instagram, or any other platform depends on many factors outside of our control, including but not limited to: your effort, consistency, and execution; platform algorithm changes; TikTok Shop and YouTube policy changes; account standing and violation history; product selection and market conditions; and general economic conditions. Any income figures, screenshots, or testimonials shared by TnT Labs or its members are examples only and should not be interpreted as typical, expected, or guaranteed results.
7. TikTok Shop Account Risks
TikTok Shop accounts can be suspended, restricted, or permanently banned at any time by TikTok, with or without notice, and for reasons that may be outside your control. TnT Labs provides guidance and best practices designed to minimize the risk of violations and account issues. However, we cannot and do not guarantee that following our guidance will prevent account suspensions, violations, bans, or any other adverse actions taken by TikTok or any other platform. TnT Labs is not responsible or liable for any account suspensions, bans, lost revenue, lost products, lost inventory, or any other damages arising from actions taken by TikTok, YouTube, or any third-party platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TnT Labs LLC, its owners, members, employees, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to TnT Labs in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TnT Labs LLC, its owners, members, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including TikTok's or YouTube's terms of service; or (d) any content you post or share in our community.
10. Privacy
We collect minimal personal information necessary to provide our Services, including your name, email address, Discord username, and payment information (processed by Whop). We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your payment data is handled entirely by Whop and is not stored by TnT Labs.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and/or communicated through our Discord server. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, disruptive behavior, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. No refund will be issued for termination due to violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
